About
Good therapy changes lives. By integrating proven clinical modalities with warmth, trust, and empathy, I create the environment needed for long-term, sustainable change.
I am trained in both child/adolescent and adult direct clinical practice and am excited to help folks traverse the complexities of life in all stages. I work with and am sensitive to all gender identities and sexual orientations.
My areas of expertise are in the treatment of anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma/PTSD, among others. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Exposure Response Prevention in my clinical work. More importantly, I cater these modalities to each individual I serve, taking into account all complexities and intricacies.
I grew up in Westchester County, NY and studied psychology, clinical social work, and evidence based practice implementation at the University of Michigan and Case Western Reserve University. I moved to Colorado in 2016 and currently live in Louisville.
